What is 'My Account'? How do I update my information?
Through 'My Account,' you can easily update your GDM NUTRA account and view your orders at any time. My Account gives you complete control over your GDM NUTRA transactions. Manage/edit your personal data like address, phone numbers, email ids, change your password, track the status of your orders, place re-orders and your Wishlist.
Order Status
What do the different order status mean?

Payment Pending Authorization: We've received your order and are awaiting permission from the payment gateway.

Payment Authorized, Order under Processing: The payment gateway has granted authorization, and your order is being processed by the vendor.

COD Verification Pending: We have received your order, but it will be processed only after a verification call is made to your phone number and you confirm the COD order.

Order Shipped: The seller has sent your item, and it is on its way to the address you chose for delivery.

Order Cancelled: The order is cancelled.

Can I order a product that is 'Sold Out'?
Unfortunately, items marked as 'Sold Out' are no longer available for purchase. To be notified when the product becomes available, please utilise the 'Notify Me' feature.
How do I check the current status of my orders?

In the 'My Account' section, you can check the progress of your orders and other associated information

When you make a purchase to GDM NUTRA there are no hidden fees. All of the prices listed are final and include everything. The price listed on the product page is the price you will pay

When you make a purchase from GDM NUTRA, there are no hidden fees. All of the prices listed are final and include everything. However, if your order is less than Rs 500, you will be charged Rs 30 as delivery fee and if your COD purchase is less than Rs 500, you will be charged Rs 30 COD fee.
What is Cash on Delivery?

If you choose not to make an online payment on www.gdmnutra.com , you can use the Cash on Delivery option. COD allows you to pay in cash when the product is delivered to your doorstep, rather than having to make an advance payment online

Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) payments have a maximum order amount of Rs 10,000. It's purely a cash-only transaction. If your order total is less than Rs 500, you will be charged Rs 30 for COD.

How do I pay using a credit card?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards as payment.

You'll need your card number, expiration date, and three-digit CVV number to pay with your credit card at checkout (found on the backside of your card). You will be taken to the bank's page to enter the online Secure password after completing these details.

How do I pay using a Debit card?

We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and Maestro debit cards.

To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank's secure page for entering your online password to complete the payment.

How do I place a Cash on Delivery (COD) order?

Cash on Delivery is available for all items with the "COD Available" mark.

Add the item(s) to your shopping cart and check out. Choose "Pay By Cash on Delivery" as your payment option when offered. Fill in the name and contact information for the person who will receive the COD order.

Please confirm your order by sending WhatsApp order to +91-9537580051 using the phone number you provided as your Cash On Delivery number in the payment options. We will call you to confirm the order if you are unable to make this call.

Your order will be processed for shipment in the time provided, starting from the date of confirmation, once it has been validated and confirmed. To complete the payment, you must make a cash-only payment to our courier partner at the time of delivery of your product.

Terms & Conditions:

The maximum order value for COD is Rd 10,000.

Rs 30 COD charges for orders under Rs 500.

I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking but the order was not successful. What happens to the money deducted from the card?

Please double-check your bank/credit card account to see if you've been charged. If your account has been debited as a result of a payment failure, banks will usually reverse the debit within 7 business days. The time it takes varies by bank, and we will be unable to speed up the process. For further information, please contact your bank

Why is COD not available to me?
Our Courier partners do not provide a Cash on Delivery (COD) option in a few suitable regions. Furthermore, some of our products do not have a COD option. As a result, COD may not be an option for you depending on your region and product selection. You can, however, pay via Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card at any time.

How do you ship your orders?
Air is used to transport certain light items. We use courier companies like Bluedart and FedEx to deliver the majority of our products. We employ India Post to deliver your orders to a few isolated places where no other courier service is accessible. We also provide service through DTDC, Shree Maruti courier, Tirupati courier.
Do you ship to international locations?

How much time does it take for an order to be delivered?

In the A-1 and A-2 Metros, we deliver your purchase within 2-3 working days after dispatch (New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad and Hyderabad).

We deliver in the remaining cities in 2-5 business days. Land delivery takes a little longer than air delivery. Ground-shipped purchases arrive in 5-7 business days after they are dispatched. Depending on the geographical limits of the region, deliveries to very remote locations such as the North East may take up to 7 business days or longer.

For International Shipping, delivery may take 4 to 20 days depends on courier and delivery location.

How can I track my order?

What is the general return policy?

Return Policy: 02 Days

While shopping at GDM NUTRA you may shop with total confidence knowing that you can return any item within 02 days of receiving it. Please make sure the goods are new and that all tags, boxes, and other packing are still attached.

If you are not pleased with your purchase, we will gladly accept it back within 02days of delivery. If you paid by credit card, we will refund your money. We shall issue a check in the registered name of the customer if Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposits are used as payment methods.

What should I do if I receive a Damaged item, wrong product or missing units in my order?

Customers must escalate a complaint with us within 48 hours after delivery if an item is damaged, missing, or wrong as per your order and the description on our website. Within 48 hours, send us a picture of the package and contents to +91-9537580051. (Excluding gazetted holidays & Sunday).

We'll arrange for the product to be picked up in reverse and then give a full refund or an alternative item in exchange, as per your option. Replacements are contingent on the product's availability. Please note that the standard 15-day return policy will not apply in these situations.

Is there a category specific policy for returns?

Nutrition: All products must be sent in their original packaging and unopened. Returns of opened or used boxes will not be accepted. Rashes, stomach discomfort, headaches, flavour likes/dislikes, flavour differences from one brand to another, and other difficulties are not returnable.
