YOUR RIGHT TO MODIFY YOUR OPINION
We've all done it:placed an order for something only to discover later that it is no longer required. The day after you receive the item, our 02-day return policy begins It's really easy; just follow the instructions outlined below (see the section titled "How to return your item to us"). All things must be returned unused and in the same condition as when they were delivered to you. Please make sure that when you receive an item, you treat it with care when trying it on/inspecting it, for example, that any security seals or tags are still intact.
RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM If you received the incorrect item by mistake, please accept our apologies. This is unusual, and we want to get this resolved as soon as possible. You must return the item in the same condition as when you received it and within 10 days of receiving it to obtain a refund or replacement.
ITEMS THAT ARE DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE If you receive a damaged or malfunctioning item, please accept our apologies. We understand how aggravating this can be, and we want to have this resolved for you as soon as possible. Please notify us if you believe the item is defective. You must inform us of the particular nature of the problem as soon as possible after discovering it, and we will advise you on what to do next. For malfunctioning purchases, our Returns Policy protects your legal rights.
NOT RECEIVED ITEM If you have not received your item, please accept our apologies. This is unusual, and we want to get this resolved as soon as possible. You must notify us that you have not received your item within 28 days of receiving an email from us confirming that it has been shipped if you want a refund or a replacement.
WHAT TO DO IF YOU NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM TO US Contact us via your account's online message centre or please contact us through WhatsApp +91-9537580051. You must provide your order number, the item you are returning, and the reason for return to our customer support staff. We will confirm the address to which you must return the item. Please package the item securely and include your order number, name, and address inside the package. When sending your item to us, please obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office. Although proof of shipping is free, without it, we may be unable to execute your refund or replacement in the unlikely event that your item is lost in transit. If you request a replacement and the item is no longer available, we will issue a refund to the credit/debit card/PayPal account you used to make the transaction. You are responsible for any item you accept and later return until it reaches our warehouse. As a result, please send your item back to us using a shipping service that covers the full value of the products.
WHAT WE'RE GOING TO DO NEXT Our Returns Department inspects all products returned to us. If you are eligible for a refund, we will issue a refund for the cost of your item (including the cost of delivery). Returns are typically processed within 7 working days of receiving a cancelled order, but no later than 30 days. The original credit/debit card/PayPal account used to purchase the item will be refunded
RETURN OF SUBSTITUTE ITEMS If an item you ordered is found to be defective and we replace it, you have the right to cancel your order for the new goods and claim a refund within 7 working days of receiving the replacement item
COST OF RETURNING ITEMS Please note that we can only refund postal fees if we delivered you the incorrect item, or if the item is damaged or malfunctioning; or if you are returning a substitute or replacing item that you do not want to keep If an item is determined to be in good functioning order, we will not reimburse the postage. The cost of returning the item to you will be determined by the item and notified to you after the testing procedure is completed.
